Reservation : Credit card required / Deposit: None / Full payment required upon arrival.
Modification : There will be no service fee for change of names. Change of dates must be done at least 7 days prior to the arrival. If not, the cancellation policy will be applied. If the number of people changes, a new pricing will be applicable based on the new occupancy.
Cancellation : There are no penalties for cancellation of reservations provide we are notified at least 7 days prior to your scheduled date of arrival. Should you cancel within 6 days of your arrival, we will make every effort to rent the room to an other party. However, if we are unsuccessful, we will apply the following clause:
Cancellation – clause 1 : Between 6 days and 24 hours prior to the day of arrival : 40% of the value of the first night will be charged on the credit card.
Cancellation –
clause 2 :
24 hours or less : 80% of the value of the first night will be charged on the credit card.
No show : The total amount of the reservation will be charged on the credit card.
